This site is simple on purpose. Here is exactly what happens to what you tell us, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
Stacked Marketing runs this site, stackedmarketing.co.za. We are responsible for the information you send us.
To ask us anything about your information, message us on WhatsApp at 062 177 9799.
When you fill in the form
The form does not store what you type. It is not saved on this site and it is not sent to us.
Your browser uses your answers to write a WhatsApp message, then opens WhatsApp with that message ready. The message, with your name and business name, is passed to WhatsApp in the link that opens it. That happens before you press send.
Nothing reaches Stacked until you press send in WhatsApp. If you close WhatsApp without sending, we never see it.
Once you press send
When your message arrives, we hold:
- your name
- your business name
- what you told us
- your WhatsApp number
We use it to reply to you and to set up the work you ask for.

If we switch on the Meta Pixel, we will update this page first.
Your rights under POPIA
The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) gives you a say over your information. You can:
- ask us what we hold about you
- ask us to correct it
- ask us to delete it
